Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 26, 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our SaaS platform, websites, and integrated messaging experiences (the "Services").
2. Data We Collect
- Account data: name, email, phone number, organization details.
- Customer/client conversation data: messages, metadata, and delivery statuses when you connect messaging channels.
- Business content: catalog files, FAQs, PDFs, and other content you upload to power your assistant.
- Usage and diagnostics: logs, device/browser information, performance and error telemetry.
- When you connect social media channels (such as Facebook and Instagram), we collect and store the Page ID, Access Token, and Page Name exclusively to enable the platform to listen to and reply to incoming messages on your behalf via official APIs (Graph API).
3. How We Use Data
- To provide and operate the Services (authentication, billing, support, notifications).
- To improve reliability and security, prevent abuse, and debug issues.
- To enable AI-assisted features (e.g., automated replies, knowledge retrieval, and workflow execution).
4. AI & Automated Processing
Some features use AI to help draft responses and complete workflows. AI outputs may be generated using information you provide (such as your uploaded documents) and live data from your connected systems. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated responses and configuring the assistant appropriately for your business.
5. Sharing & Subprocessors
We may share data with vendors that help us provide the Services (e.g., hosting providers, analytics, and AI service providers), under contractual obligations to protect data and use it only to deliver the Services.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary by data type and customer configuration.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your information. To exercise these rights, contact us using the phone number listed in the site header.
Disconnecting and Deleting Social Media Data (Facebook/Instagram): You can stop the platform from processing your messages and disconnect your pages at any time by clicking the 'Disconnect' button in your account dashboard. This action immediately deletes your page access tokens from our servers. You can also remove our app's access at any time by going to your Facebook Account Settings > Security and Login > Business Integrations and removing the app.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date.
